Refunds

This page describes how Api Routecore handles refunds for teaching fees invoiced by us. The website does not take payment. Consumer rights under UK law are not limited where they apply.

Eligibility

A full refund of tuition is available if you cancel in writing more than 14 days before the published start date of the cohort or Snapshot booking. Desk Snapshot days that we have already reserved in the diary follow the same 14-day rule unless we have already begun reading your export.

Timeframe

Write to hello@api-routecore.digital. We confirm receipt within two UK working days and aim to complete an approved refund within 17 days of that confirmation.

Full or partial refunds

If you withdraw after the programme has started, we refund unused teaching weeks on Signal Taxonomy Lab and Channel Atlas, minus the weeks already delivered and a £90 administration amount. If more than half the contact hours have been delivered, no partial tuition refund is due, except where UK consumer law requires otherwise.

Non-refundable items

Travel, hotels, printed materials you asked us to courier, and third-party venue costs billed at cost are not refunded once incurred. Routing Fellowship fit calls are not charged; a confirmed Fellowship seat follows the 14-day rule above.

Process

Tell us the invoice number, the programme name, and whether you want to move to a later cohort instead of a refund. Transfers are offered when a later date exists; they are not guaranteed.

Processing time and method

Refunds go back to the original payer by bank transfer in pounds sterling. We do not send cash or store credit. Bank charges on the receiving side remain yours.

Cancellation by the studio

If we cancel a cohort, you receive a full tuition refund or a transfer, at your choice. We are not responsible for non-refundable travel you booked against our published dates.

Exceptions

We may refuse a refund if materials were shared in breach of the terms, if attendance was used solely to copy worksheets for resale, or if the booking was made with payment that is later reversed as fraud. Illness during a programme is handled case by case; we prefer a transfer.
